設計させていただいた期間限定ショップ「もつ鍋・水炊き KOGANEYA 東京ミッドタウン店」がオープンしました。 居抜きで表装替えを行い、コストを抑えつつ既存インドカレー屋から和の雰囲気に変更しました。 シンプルですが暖簾をアイキャッチとした清潔感のある空間となりました。 黄金屋の美味しいもつ鍋と美神鶏の水炊きを、イートイン・テイクアウトともにカップスタイルのお鍋でいただけます。

The limited time store we designed, “Motsunabe / Mizutaki KOGANEYA Tokyo Midtown” has opened.
We changed the front of the shop from the existing Indian curry shop to a Japanese atmosphere while keeping the cost low.
The space is simple and clean, the NOREN(Japanese style curtain) will capture your eyes.
Koganeya’s delicious motsunabe and mikami chicken mizutaki are served in cup style pots for both eat-in and take-out.
